Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Why is my Outlook not connecting to the outgoing server?
Ensure that "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" is ticked in the More Settings menu. On AlmaLinux/CPanel, port 465 is the standard for secure SMTP.
Should I use IMAP or POP3?
IMAP is recommended as it syncs your emails across all devices (Phone, Webmail, and Outlook), whereas POP3 downloads them to a single device.
